Unfortunately, this breeding just wasn't meant to be. It has been an emotional roller coaster.
On the first ultra sound, it appeared as if there had been two puppies, that were being re-absorbed. A great disappointment.
A week later, a miracle showed on the ultra sound, one perfect pup, heart beating strong.
On day 61, Friday May 25th, we could see the heart steadily in motion, but Monday morning everything went wrong, and the puppy had died. Completely unexpected, no previous signs and the cause remains unknown.
Rest in peace little dark grey sable girl. We miss you, even though we never really met.
