Sterre's favourite came back to us due to the unfortunate circumstance that she wasn't accepted by the other dog in her new home. Even though several families wanted her, we couldn't say good bye a second time... Tattoo will stay with us at Totem Shilohs. She is very clever, learns quickly and is very sweet.

Vito had emergency surgery on dec.26, Boxing Day, 2019, his owners had noticed the GDV very quickly so fortunately there was no damaged tissue. His stomach was tacked simultaneously. Home and happy the following day.

Black ♀: Storm

Totem's Braving the Storm

Storm, being the largest of the litter, was stuck in the birth canal, braving a storm of contractions.
After a few hours of labour we went to see the Vet on duty that Sunday. Link realized she was going to get help, and jumped into the car without hesitation. Of course we took all of her puppies with us, keeping them nice and warm.
Link got some oxytocin (to stimulate the contractions) and, since the vet could feel the hind legs, and could help by pulling a bit every time, she didn't need a C-section.

Indah was born in the back of the car, on our way back from the vet's. We hardly even noticed. She was out in two pushes. Was probably glad to finally be able to get out, after waiting in line behind Storm...

"Ik geniet iedere dag van Tintin. Ze is snel, intelligent, dapper, outgoing, gisteren zette ik haar in een groep van 5 enthousiaste 
kinderen (die nu in ons ander huis logeren) en ze was VOLKOMEN op haar gemak. Vond het allemaal prima en gezellig. Heel 
relaxed. 

Als ze in mijn bananenboompje hangt (zorgvuldig opgekweekt) en ik roep haar van een afstand, laat ze alles vallen en komt
speedy gonzales aangeraced. Echt heel bijzonder voor zo'n jong ding.

Vergat helemaal te zeggen dat ik ongelooflijk blij met haar ben. Ze zeggen dat je maar 1 x in je leven DE hond hebt. Geloof
dat zij het is..............." (Marina)

"I enjoy Tin's company every day. She is quick, intelligent, brave, outgoing, yesterday I put her in a group of 5 excited kids, and she was COMPLETELY fine with it. Tought it was fun and totally OK. Very relaxed.

When she attacks my banana tree (which I carefully grew) and I call her from a distance, she drops everything and comes running to me like speedy gonzales. Exceptional for such a young pup.

I forgot to say that I am extremely happy with her. They say you find THE dog just once in your lifetime. I think she's the one........." (Marina)
