Blown away, but lots of fun!

Sunday, August 31: beautiful surroundings, surreal at times, lovely weather, though it looked like rain at times, big ponds of fresh rain water, wolfy dogs

Hearing so much about dangerous dog treats sold in pet shops, nowadays I make my own:
boneless chicken breast strips dried in a low heat convection oven (80º C), the edges can become very sharp, I remove them with scissors, as I cut the strips to bite size treats. The longer you dry the meat, the more edges you lose to sharpness, so I prefer "not moist" to "very dry". The process takes about 2 hours, but depends on the size and thickness of the strips. 
Keep refrigerated.

Due to family circumstances we have had to postpone our spring breeding. This gives us the opportunity to research if Ataho, living in Switzerland, would be a good candidate, pending health testing.

It was great to see almost all the pups again! We're very proud to see how they have developed.
